Kowa JC10M Lens Series goes Ultra-wide !

Introducing the new Kowa LM3JC10M 3.7mm ultra wide lens.

The new ultra wide Kowa LM3JC10M lens joins the popular machine vision 2/3" 10MP JC10M series. The new 3.7mm lens benefits from the same high quality and low distortion. The wide band multi-coating guarantees a high transmission rate from visible to NIR.

An aspherical optical design keeps the new 3.7mm model compact and greatly reduces chromatic aberration for superior optical performance and across the entire image, whilst the short minimum object distance allows for easy installation in compact machine vision systems.

The LM3JC10M is suitable for sensors with a pixel size down to 2.5µm. This high resolution with the 100° horizontal angle of view makes the lens a perfect choice for high-end inspection, broadcast and surround view applications.

This new lens is part of the JC10M series which includes: 3.7, 5, 8.5, 12, 16, 25, 35 and 50mm focal length options.  These lenses are suited to Machine Vision, Automation, Scientific and 3D applications.
