Sony STARVIS IMX462 Sensor debuts in The Imaging Source 37 Series USB 3.1 interface colour camera line-up
The Imaging Source has announced the addition of the Sony STARVIS IMX462 sensor to the 37 Series color camera range.
These new rolling-shutter, CMOS sensors have the following characteristics:
- Resolution: 2.1 MP (1920px × 1080px)
- Sensor Format: 1/2.8 inch
- Pixel Format: H: 2.9 µm, V: 2.9 µm
- Excellent image quality in visible and near-infrared light regions
The available camera options are:

Cameras featuring Sony’s IMX462 STARVIS sensors are ideal for low-light applications in security, inspection and microscopy.
